Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
Large jalapeños
1/2 piece of uncooked bacon, per pepper
1 oz. gouda cheese, per pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Remove top of each pepper, remove seeds and ribs.
Fill pepper with cheese. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Bake (or grill) peppers until bacon is fully cooked. Turn halfway through cooking.
Top with Two Heads P.S. Heat or Music City Heat and enjoy!
